Celebrating Pride Month
At MentorcliQ, we are honored to celebrate Pride month alongside our amazing customers! We want to thank them for the work they are doing to support talent in the LGBTQ community and their allies. Pride month is a time to elevate the work of creating inclusive cultures, where each of us can bring our whole authentic selves to work and be valued for our contributions. We have customers that are on Diversity Inc’s Top 50 and are leading the way to provide significant and timely diversity and inclusion initiatives, which will create a positive impact in the lives of individual talented employees and create a strategic and inclusive culture. These organizations realize that creating meaningful connections through mentorship is the best tool they have for employees to share their stories, overcome obstacles, and build careers.We are inspired by the visible and vocal endeavors taken by our customers: Cardinal Health, Disney, FOX Networks, ADP, Nielsen, KeyBank and MUFG.
By replacing our signature MentorcliQ purple logo this month with the rainbow logo, we are signifying our commitment to celebrate the beautiful diversity of individuals and to focus our efforts in helping our customers develop their talent. While our colorful logo may return to its original purple hue on July 1, rest assured, the MentorcliQ team is dedicated to pursuing inclusion and diversity for the LGBTQIA+ community year round.
